What's wrong with you people?

I went to see a Break Dance Battle at The Curve, Bandar Utama yesterday with an Urban Groove's instructor, Bboy Eddie. I met my uni friend there, Coco. There were three judges, one of them was from UG as well, named Bboy Chong Min. When we reached the dance floor, my friend, who is from the Element Project Crew was in the battle. That was the first time I saw him bboying and he was really not bad. His crew made it to the final (but unfortunately they were beaten up by the Gila Battle Crew today) After the battle, my favorite instructor, Bboy Kelvin put up a freaking cool electric boogie (which will usually impress all the audiences and makes the girls crazy for him) to put the competition to an end, and right after that, they had an open floor session.

Well this is not my main point. When they were having an open floor session, there was a malay guy who is from the Gila Battle who had actually approached me, challenged me by insulting the Urban Groove! (He even did something rude to insult the UG judge when he was in the battle! As if like he did not care to win the competition!) I do not know and I don't even bother to know why they are anti-UG, but I was like: ' What's wrong with you people? Where is your dancing spirit??? '. Then I just gave him a smile and walked away (duh...what else I can do? Showing him an Urban Groove's SEXY DANCE???)

Hip Hop is actually a street culture which, as far as I know, consists of hip hop dance; bboying a.k.a break dancing; DJ-ing ; graffitti; and making the break beats. There is no element of gangsterism! Hip hoppers should respect each other even when they are having battle! Only an idiotic dancer will makes verbal assault and shows their stupid attitude to the opponent crews and people, as a dancer, what will makes you happier than dancing? I wonder what will that Taiwanese Bboy thinks about the hip hop culture in Malaysia after seeing what that idiot did to the UG judge and what he will tells his friends in Taiwan...

Ladies and gentlemen, I know many of you may think that hip hop is only about vandalism and gangsterism, but let me make it clear to you that hip hop is actually a clean culture, no clubbings, no vandalising, and of course, no gangsters! And all the Bboys and Bgirls out there, please do not do anything stupid or show your uneducated attitude to the people out there and most importantly do not behave like a GANGSTER whenever and wherever you are, your idiotcity will only suck up this culture!

*peace*
